Refund Policy — Part-66 Prep: EASA & UK CAA
Publisher: Bisai Technologies — contact@bisaitechnologies.com Effective date: 28 September 2026 · Version: 1.0 Hosted at: https://bisaitechnologies.com/legal/part66_pro/refund
This policy covers the Part-66 Prep Pro subscription (part66_pro_weekly, part66_pro_monthly). It has three parts: how store refunds work, when we refund directly, and our pass guarantee.
1. Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions (Android). Deleting the app does not cancel.
2. Store refunds
All payments are collected by Apple or Google, so the first refund channel is the store.
App Store (iOS/iPadOS). Request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com or in the App Store app (Account > Purchase History > Report a Problem). Apple decides whether to grant it and pays it back to your original payment method. If you live in the EU or the UK, Apple honours a 14-day right to cancel a purchase under its Media Services terms. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.
Google Play (Android). Within 48 hours of a charge, request the refund from Google at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. After 48 hours, Google directs you to the developer: email us (section 4) and, if the request meets section 3 or section 5, we refund the charge ourselves through the Play Console.
3. When we refund directly (Google Play) or support your request (App Store)
We refund the most recent subscription payment in these cases:
- Duplicate charge for the same period on the same store account.
- Technical fault that prevents you from using Pro and that we cannot fix within 7 days of your report.
- Accidental renewal reported within 7 days of the charge, if Pro was not used after the renewal date.
- Pass guarantee (section 5).
On Google Play we issue the refund. On the App Store we ask you to file the request with Apple and confirm to Apple that we support it; if Apple declines, we grant a free extension of equal length instead.
4. How to contact us
Email contact@bisaitechnologies.com with:
- your anonymous ID (Settings > About > Your anonymous ID),
- the store (App Store or Google Play) and the date of the charge,
- the reason, and any documents needed for section 5.
We answer within 5 working days.
5. Pass guarantee
We stand behind the readiness estimate. The app marks you "exam-ready" for a module in your category when three mock exams for that module in a row score 85 % or more and every sub-topic of that module is at 80 % or more. Readiness is assessed per module and per category (for example Module 11 for B1.1), because each module is a separate examination.
If all of the following are true:
- the app had shown you the "exam-ready" status for the module and category you sat (with the regulator, EASA or UK CAA, set to the one that examined you) before your sitting date, and your Pro subscription was active on the sitting date;
- you sat the official Part-66 basic knowledge examination for that module and category at a Part-147 approved training organisation or a national aviation authority and scored below the 75 % pass mark;
- you log the result in the app (After the exam > I failed) and email us within 30 days of the sitting date;
- you attach the official result sheet or result notification issued by the examining organisation or authority, showing the module, the date and the result;
then you choose one of these remedies:
- Free extension: we add Pro access, free of charge, for the length of your billing period (one week for Pro Weekly, one month for Pro Monthly), applied to your anonymous ID within 5 working days; or
- Refund: we refund your most recent subscription payment (Google Play: directly; App Store: via Apple as described in section 3).
Conditions. One claim per person per module. The guarantee covers the subscription price only, never examination fees, training fees, travel or other costs. It does not apply if the readiness status was reached after the sitting date, if the examination sat was for a different module or category than the one marked ready, if the regulator setting did not match the examining authority (EASA rules versus UK CAA rules differ in essay and regulation content), or if the result document is illegible or altered. Your result document is used only to verify the claim and is deleted 90 days after the claim is closed (see the Privacy Policy, section 4.9).
6. Redeem codes and promotions
Promotional access granted by a code has no cash value and is not refundable. Discounted introductory periods are refunded at the amount actually paid.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live, including remedies for a digital service that does not conform to its description.
