Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how deposits and payments to Bisai Technologies, LLC are handled, including when refunds are available. It is designed to be clear and fair to both you and us.
1. Booking deposits
To reserve a project we collect a booking deposit through Stripe. The deposit secures your place in our schedule and is credited in full toward your project total.
2. Deposit refunds
- Within 7 days, before work begins: Your deposit is fully refundable. Email us and we will reverse the charge through Stripe.
- After work has begun: The deposit (and any further payments) covers work already performed. We will refund any portion that exceeds the value of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
3. Milestone payments
For larger projects, payments are tied to milestones defined in your statement of work. Completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable. Work not yet started is refundable on cancellation.
4. How to request a refund
Email contact@bisaitechnologies.com with your name and the email used at checkout. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we resolve nearly every issue quickly and directly. This avoids the delays of a formal dispute.
