Do I need an account?

No. There is no login. The app identifies your purchases with an anonymous ID created on your device.

How do I restore my subscription on a new phone?

Open the paywall or Settings › Subscription and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.

How do I cancel?

iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Android: Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

How do I get a refund?

App Store refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play and the pass guarantee, see our refund policy.

How do I delete my data?

Settings › Data › Reset app data wipes everything on the device. To delete server-side data, email us your anonymous ID (Settings › About › Your anonymous ID); we delete it within 30 days.
